As part of our ‘It’s Up 2 U’ programme, we teach youths and young adults the importance of both physical and mental health.

The course has been successfully ran in schools (see the section on School Testimonials on the right hand of our home page).  We incorporate mindfulness, positive psychology, life coaching and cognitive behavioural therapy together with lifestyle information to ensure that our future generations are well equipped to deal with the challenges that naturally come up in life.
